Hands on experience in Preventive Maintenance of Reciprocating / Screw Air Compressors, BOP, Generators.
Hands on experience in using various tools and portable test equipment.
Understand technical information
Erects, commissions, repairs and carries out preventive maintenance of air compressors at customer installations. Consults with supervisor or customer to plan layout of equipment.
Perform on-site installation, validation and commissioning of air compressors.
Perform remedial repair activities at customer sites. Trouble-shooting, service and repair as per OEM recommendations.
Submit spares recommendations for customer issues resolution as per the Spares Recommendations Procedure.
Provide on-site training on basic maintenance tips to customers.
Interface with cross-functional marketing teams like spares and equipment.
Timely and professionally handle Service Calls arising from field service visits. Coordinate with Senior Service Engineer, Lead Engineer and Service Coordinator as appropriate.
Timely complete and submit Field Service Report and other relevant documents.
Communicate with customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective action.
Perform assigned duties under instructions/supervision of assigned Senior Engineer
Responsible for fulfilling scope of work and its compliance to OEM stipulated practices, recording various parameters and its calculations and analysis.
