Job Summary
• The Executive – Marketing is responsible for supporting the marketing team in executing marketing campaigns, strategies, and initiatives to promote the company’s products or services. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing brand visibility, driving customer engagement, and contributing to the overall success of the Digital Business Unit (Smart Manufacturing Solutions).
Key Responsibilities
• Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create marketing materials, such as blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and other promotional content.
• Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitors’ strategies, and opportunities for growth.
• Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend improvements.
• Social Media Management: Help manage and maintain the company’s social media profiles by posting content, engaging with followers, and
monitoring online conversations.
• Email Marketing: Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and
performance tracking.
• Event Support: Provide support in organizing and promoting events, trade shows, or exhibitions to enhance brand presence.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to ensure alignment on marketing
strategies and campaigns.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, results, and ROI to share with the marketing team and senior management.
• Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring campaigns stay within budgetary constraints.
• Customer Engagement: Support efforts to engage with customers and gather feedback to improve products and services.
