Job Description
- Product knowledge and strong programming knowledge of PLC, SCADA,
HMI, VFD, Servo Drives, Motion. - Strong knowledge about Industrial automation.
- Selling the feature & benefits of the products.
- Application knowledge in Industry segments like Automotive, Tyre,
Pharma, OEM, CPG etc. - Product selection & configuration based on the applications.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and
develop customized solutions to meet their needs. - Conduct thorough technical discovery sessions with clients to identify
pain points and propose appropriate solutions. - Create and deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations
to showcase the value of Rockwell solutions. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders,
including clients, partners, and internal teams. - Collaborate with the Product Specialist team to provide technical
assistance and guiding them in furnishing the technical Bill of Material. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure
our solutions remain competitive in the market. - Provide technical support during the sales process, including responding
to customer inquiries and addressing technical concerns. - Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Presales Solution Consultants to
achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service. - Collaborate with sales leadership to develop sales strategies and
initiatives that align with business objectives. - Provide technical guidance and support to the team in designing
customized solutions to meet client needs. - Oversee the creation and delivery of compelling product demonstrations
and presentations to showcase the value of Rockwell solutions. - Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients,
partners, and internal teams, to drive collaboration and achieve business
targets. - Previous experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven
track record of building and leading high-performing teams. - Strong technical background with expertise in software solutions,
systems integration, and client relationship management. - Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to
convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical
audiences. - Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive
results in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and team
engagements.
