Job Description

  • Product knowledge and strong programming knowledge of PLC, SCADA,
    HMI, VFD, Servo Drives, Motion.
  • Strong knowledge about Industrial automation.
  • Selling the feature & benefits of the products.
  • Application knowledge in Industry segments like Automotive, Tyre,
    Pharma, OEM, CPG etc.
  • Product selection & configuration based on the applications.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and
    develop customized solutions to meet their needs.
  • Conduct thorough technical discovery sessions with clients to identify
    pain points and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Create and deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations
    to showcase the value of Rockwell solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders,
    including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with the Product Specialist team to provide technical
    assistance and guiding them in furnishing the technical Bill of Material.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure
    our solutions remain competitive in the market.
  • Provide technical support during the sales process, including responding
    to customer inquiries and addressing technical concerns.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Presales Solution Consultants to
    achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop sales strategies and
    initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team in designing
    customized solutions to meet client needs.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of compelling product demonstrations
    and presentations to showcase the value of Rockwell solutions.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients,
    partners, and internal teams, to drive collaboration and achieve business
    targets.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven
    track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in software solutions,
    systems integration, and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to
    convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical
    audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive
    results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and team
    engagements.
