Roles and Responsibilities

-> Responding External customer calls against all divisions.
-> Ticket raising and ticket closure follow-ups until the request completed.
-> Materials tracking with all Vendors against supplies.
-> Arranging customer master creation & Test certificate from Vendors.
-> Dispatches from WH To customer end to end co-ordination.
